June 3, 2010, the start of the 'Mars 500' project has been a big day in the world astronautics history. The project is the first simulation of Mars manned space flight. Chinese astronaunt Wangyue was sellected as the first and only Chinese member for the 520-day mission. The 56 million km voyage symbolizes a big step forward of the understanding of the Universe as well as human-being itself. Under such a background, Zhejiang Pro&High Culture Industry Company Limited has United the Space Museum and other unites to launch a large original cartoon 'Mars 500' by the end of 2011, which is also the first space cartoon in China. Meanwhile, to develop and improve the animation industry chain and to explore more outstanding works and talents, based on the success of the 1st Ideas Infinite Design Competition in 2010, the Sedond Pro&High Ideas Infinite Design Competition is launched.

As the 7th official contest of China International Cartoon and Animation Festival Fair in 2011, we invite professionals and amateurs in cartoon, animation and design areas from domestic and overseas to participate. And a jury committee with famous cartoon, animation and design experts from both domestic and overseas will be formed. The organization will exhibit all award-winning work in the festival and fund its industrialization.
